Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all cleaning services provided by maximzocktttcafestudio Cleaning Studio ("maximzocktttcafestudio", "we", "us") to you ("the client"). By booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope & agreement

We provide residential and commercial cleaning services in Munich and the surrounding region, as described on this website and confirmed in your individual quote. The specific scope of each booking is defined in the written quote or service specification we provide before work begins.

2. Bookings & quotes

• Quotes are based on the information you provide about your space and are valid for 30 days.
• A booking is confirmed once you accept the quote and we allocate a date and team.
• If the actual condition or size of the space differs materially from the details provided, we may adjust the quote and will discuss this with you before proceeding.

3. Pricing & payment

• All prices are quoted in euros (€) and include statutory VAT and cleaning materials unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is due as set out in your quote — typically by SEPA transfer or card. Recurring clients are invoiced monthly.
• Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellations & rescheduling

• You may reschedule or cancel a booking free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a charge of up to 50% of the booking value to cover reserved team time.
• Recurring agreements may be paused or ended with 14 days' written notice, unless a different term is agreed for business contracts.

5. Access & your obligations

• You are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property, along with running water and electricity.
• Please secure or inform us of any fragile, valuable or hazardous items in advance.
• Where keys are provided, they are logged and stored securely with a documented chain of custody.

6. Our satisfaction guarantee

If any part of a clean does not meet the agreed scope, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost. This guarantee is our sole remedy for quality concerns and does not extend to areas outside the agreed scope.

7. Liability

maximzocktttcafestudio carries business liability insurance. We accept responsibility for damage or loss directly caused by our negligence, subject to the limits of our insurance cover. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear consistent with normal cleaning, or items not disclosed to us in advance. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under German law, including for injury to life, body or health.

8. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction for merchants is Munich, to the extent permitted by law. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
